I asked Tommy yesterday why xivio is down and if it will be up soon, he said its a server problem and he doesn’t know when.

Asking for a guide WONT help, trust me. It just makes staff more annoyed. You have to wait a while to get a guide, and its not that YOU think you have earned it, its the STAFF that have to think that too. Plus, there is enough guides at the moment.
